Part of the Pentapolis?
[edit]Is this exact location part of the "official" Pentapolis or not? Or maybe Tell as-Sakan? Or is it still not sure (2010)?88.89.69.226 (talk) 01:49, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
Tell el-, not Tall al-, for the sake of Wikipedia users
[edit]This is how almost every scholarly work spells the name: Tell el-, not Tall al-... So PLEASE, rename the article accordingly. Nobody is looking up the Treasure or anything Ajjul-related under "Tall al-...", so Wikipedia is doing a disservice to its users by sticking to this spelling. Thanks. - @Arminden: Done. Nothing controversial here: "Tell el-Ajjul" appears to be a much more common spelling than "Tall al-Ajjul" in English-language sources. Al Ameer (talk) 18:14, 9 December 2019 (UTC)
@Al Ameer son: Thank you! Really happy about it, after so many useless arguments on WP :) Would you mind to take a look at the Tell el-Ajjul Treasure, too? Same issue. Thanks! Arminden (talk) 18:24, 9 December 2019 (UTC)
